I've been coming here for years, cause they always provide best service and fair pricing. I've had so may flat tires fixed by them, instead of trying to sell me a new tire. The few times when tire couldn't be repaired, they were able to get me the same tires for 40% less than the dealer. That's a huge savings !

Audi Q3 tire repair was fantastic. My tire got a double puncture from a construction staple. America Tire Depot said it couldn't be repaired because it was a double puncture. Melvin from Audi Santa Monica recommended seeing Alfonso at Byron Woodley. Alfonso said they could repair it ($45) because the patch is large enough to cover the entire damage area. Fast and cheap same day service with HONESTY. Saved me $400 from not having to replace tire with Audi. THANK YOU ALFONSO!

Called ahead about a minor tire leak and sent my wife in. They fixed it—but charged her $40 without ever telling her the price upfront. When she questioned it, the employee became irritated instead of explaining the charge. I then called myself and was told, “This is Santa Monica—it’s a high-rent district. If you want to pay $25, go to Inglewood.” So apparently, not disclosing prices and talking down to customers is part of the business model. The issue isn’t just the cost—it’s the complete lack of transparency and the unprofessional, dismissive attitude. Plenty of other places manage to be upfront and treat customers with respect. This one didn’t.

I got my struts replaced for $975 and all was well until suddenly my traction control light (VSC) went on and it has NEVER gone on before. I called them back as it was clear this could be contributed to them and the guy who answered immediately denied they could have even had a slightest chance in causing this and refused to even look at it. I'll probably go back to Big Q on Lincoln.

I had tires installed here on my BMW M2. When I picked up the car, I immediately noticed multiple fresh tool marks on the outer lips of the wheels that are clearly visible from standing distance. I raised the issue with the shop right away. I was given several inconsistent explanations for how the damage occurred, and after initially acknowledging that it happened during service, the shop later attempted to deny responsibility altogether. During the discussion, I was told that I “should have said something ahead of time” if I was particular about my wheels. I was also left mid-conversation when the employee walked away rather than continuing to address the issue. I returned to discuss a resolution and was told the only option was to split the cost of wheel repair, leaving me responsible for hundreds of dollars out of pocket for damage that occurred during their service. Given this experience, I would not recommend this shop to customers who expect careful handling of their wheels.
