C & C is the place to be for your transmission needs in the IE. Jay is super knowledgeable and helpful. He ran a full diagnostic on my transmission and engine, and helped me plan for the future regarding getting the most out of my quirky Nisan CVT transmission. Definitely going back there when it is time to change my fluid, etc. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with C & C Transmission Service. I came in thinking I needed a transmission replacement, and instead of just taking my money, they took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and be completely honest with me. They found additional issues with the frame and engine area and told me straight up that it would not be worth putting more money into the vehicle. What really stood out to me is that they treated me with so much respect and kindness throughout the entire process. They explained everything in a way I could understand, didn’t pressure me at all, and even refunded my money. That level of honesty is rare. The owner, Jay, made me feel like family and genuinely cared about making sure I didn’t make a costly mistake. I truly appreciate their integrity and would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanics. Thank you again for your honesty and for looking out for me.

Very well equipped with up to date tools amd scammers to quickly detect the issues with your vehicle. However, management lacks integrity and due diligence when it comes to pricing. You will be told what you want to hear and be upsold during the process. Quoting you from $1,500 for a used transmission and totalling $3,400 after everything is said and done.

This place is amazing Jay and all his staff are amazing. I took my 1972 truck in for a service and they repaired so many other things that were wrong with it; that I had no idea about. They communicated with me every step of the way. They were exceptionally fast for a turn around and were just absolutely wonder when in person. I would rate them a 10/10 if I could. Anyone who needs their car fixed take it here!!
