Excellent communication that started with the call center. They emailed my appointment date to me and told me the technician would call the morning of appointment to give a rough time frame of arrival. Technician called this morning and gave me the time frame and stated he would call when he was on his way. He gave me a heads up call and said he was on his way. Very easy communication and personable. Quick and clean install and kept dashboard covered to avoid damage. Overall this was an excellent experience. If I ever need glass replaced again, Caliber Glass will be my go to.

I had a very good experience with Caliber auto glass. They are extremely professional, the customer service is excellent and I feel that they went above and beyond in my instance (a very long story). I would definitely recommend them -my tech, Victor, was very polite and helpful.

Great service. Double checked to make sure the correct parts were on hand. They were not and it delayed the repair a day but not an issue. I had Ricky as the tech. Phenomenal service and communication. The new windshield looks amazing.
