I've had several repairs done at various Caliber Collision locations across the country over the years, and this was by far my worst experience. From the start, communication was poor. My service advisor, Adrian, repeatedly gave me incorrect information, including claiming my insurance premiums would increase if certain parts were replaced and later telling me I needed an "OEM endorsement" that my insurance company confirmed doesn't even exist. I had to contact my insurance multiple times to get accurate information, and things only moved forward after they contacted Caliber directly. I also received very few updates throughout the repair process and had to repeatedly call just to find out the status of my vehicle. I was even told not to trust the automated text updates. I couldn't get a firm date of when my vehicle 's expected completion date and received a surprise call when it was completed. When I picked up my vehicle, the front fender was misaligned, there were new scratches that weren't there before, and other cosmetic issues had been missed during quality control. This place does great work. They kept me appraised on every aspect of the process that mattered and I had planned to take my car to the car wash finally after the repair but no need. My car was cleaned inside and out. Highly recommended car repair company.

Excellent care and excellent customer service. My car was done in no time. I was informed about every step of the repair. My advisor , Adrian is the best, he went above and beyond to make sure I am a happy customer. I am very grateful!!! :))))))

I chose Caliber Collision based on strong location reviews and initially had high expectations for the repair process. However, communication during the repair was poor, as the I did not receive the promised updates and had to reach out for status information. After the vehicle was returned, several issues were discovered, including an unpainted interior door panel, misaligned doors, the side step that detached due to improper welding, and a large scratch on the rear glass. These problems required me to return the vehicle multiple times before the repairs were fully completed. While the final appearance of the vehicle was Amazing, the overall experience was not great due to inadequate communication and the need for repeated corrections that should have been completed properly the first time. Shawn and Susanna definitely took care of me.
