5-Star Review I recently had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision in Glendale, California, for front-end collision repairs on my 2025 Kia Sportage. The car sustained noticeable damage to both the right and left front end, but the results speak for themselves—the vehicle now looks absolutely brand new. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Communication was excellent, with clear updates via text messaging that kept me informed every step of the way. Luis was incredibly professional and guided me through the entire process with minimal confusion, making everything straightforward and stress-free. The work was completed efficiently within the expected timeframe, and I paid my $500 deductible before driving away a very happy customer. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Moe is so professional and courteous. He went above and beyond in helping us get everything we needed taken care even faster than expected. Sandra was so polite and welcoming from the first phone call and very patient and helpful with all of the paper work. The car looks brand new and I could not be happier. Keep up the amazing work you guys. You are amazing and I would definitely recommend giving them a call for any body shop needs.

They did a fantastic job with my car. They were patient with me and very attentive to make sure that my car is working as it should. Communication and service were amazing and the manager specifically, Brian, was exceptional!! I would highly recommend coming here!!

I had an excellent experience working with Moe Tinoco, the service advisor who handled my vehicle repair at Caliber Collision. Moe went above and beyond to make sure my car was restored to its original condition, paying great attention to detail every step of the way. He kept me informed throughout the process with regular email updates and delivered the car in under a week — even with the Presidents’ Day holiday in between. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out, which really showed the extra care he and the team put into their work. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and truly appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with Moe if you want your vehicle in good hands.

Had a fender bender and my insurance sent me here. Worked with Moe and he was so great and totally took care of me and my car and kept me posted every step along the way. Got my car done in mere 3 days, a whole 2 days earlier than expected! And looking so clean and brand new! ✨ Thank you Moe and Caliber team! 👏
