The pictures are from just one side of the bumper. The other side and my hitch were also repaired as well as the tailgate. They did great work and I highly recommend using Caliber.

Amazing job done to my car!! Staff was super nice helpful with great energy. They answered all my questions kept me updated on the status of my car. They made me feel I was in great hands from the beginning to the end. I was very nervous of the process at the beginning however they made me feel relieved that everything was going to be alright. Everything was easy every single question answered. My job requires of me driving around every day all day and they understood how much it ment for me to have my car in no time. And they delivered. Great work thank you to each one of them for making this experience wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone

Amazing customer service and satisfaction! It was a major inconvenience when my neighbor had crashed into my truck. I thought the insurance process would be a headache, and the repairs process might take long. This was not the case! The accident occurred Sunday afternoon, had my claim filed, and literally an appointment first thing the following morning. I arrived to Caliber Collision, where Nolan greeted me very kindly, and started my process. He was very thorough with what repairs might have to be done, the costs, and the timeframe. All very reasonable, I'll add. He even very generously offered me a ride either to a rental car place or my place of residence. I got a quick turnaround for the estimate and repair timeframe. They began work and kept me looped into every part of the process, and even gave me a call a day prior to confirm the process was coming along nicely and it would be ready for pick-up. I asked if it was possible to be picked up, and they offered to drop it off at my house! This was the best service I've ever had! And I've even had work done at the other establishment, Prestige, and it doesn't compare. Thank you Nolan and to the repair team for all your hard work

The Caliber Collision, 1500 Ventura Blvd, Oxnard, CA 93036 is the most unprofessional business we have ever experienced. From the beginning of arriving at the premises. Showing up to our scheduled appointment we were greeted by a dark room with no one in the front office. Waited in the dark for almost 15 minutes and after walking to the only office with the light on was I acknowledge by an employee. This should have been a sign to leave but we gave the shop a chance, this was a mistake. We get a phone call on 12/12 our car is ready for pickup. Original date for completion was 12/13. Showed up on 12/13 at about 1pm, was told car needs to be cleaned. Walked around the car and noticed small scratches on the driver side bumper, employee stated it just needed to be cleaned and buffed, be back in about an hour. Why was my car ready on 12/12 and not ready 12/13? After about an hour came back to pickup vehicle and had a new scratch with white paint on passenger left side bumper! Employee claimed white scratch was present when dropping off car, this is not true. See attached pictures, this is what the shop considers clean and ready? We will never use this shop again. We feel this shop is di
