Thought they were great! George was really helpful and finished my car early. I was going through Mercury Insurance and Calibre was on top of it more than them 😂 I would use Caliber Collision on 11th st services again.

Caliber Collision on 11th st Santa Monica CA Kevin was excellent and suggested a few minor repairs to include to make my car look new again. I paid the extra and it looks amazing. Great staff and work I would recommend to friends and family.

My car looks brand new! Both of my passenger doors were smashed in due to an accident. You would never know anything happened to my car and the paint is the perfect color match! Ivan was super helpful and very kind. He kept me up to date and was easy to reach. Thank you, thank you. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their beautiful work and professionalism.

We have used this Caliber facility in the past and it is by far the best body shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The work is of the highest caliber and Geraldo. provides the best customer service. Highly recommended.

Authorized repair shop for Mercury insurance and other companies. Unfortunately, I've had to repair my Q7 twice at this body shop. They were professional, fast and warranty all their work. The car came back like new. They even repair the curb rash on the back right rims. I paid extra for this, but it saved me time to get it done elswhere. I'm very happy. There was an incident where another customer next to me was angry because Caliber guys weren't fast enough on his repair estimate. He was there less than 15 min before he started getting angry. Once you have an appointment, it's reasonable to wait 20- 30 minutes for the estimator to thoroughly inspect your vehicle and write up an estimate. The waiting area had popcorn and drinks. The grumpy, angry older man walked away unhappy, but any reasonable person would understand that a reasonable wait time is needed. They also arrange Enterprise to pick me up for my loaner car, and when the car was ready, Enterprise would pick up my loaner from Caliber. Nice.
