Very rude interaction. We called in and were greeted with a “Hello” I said “Hi is this Castros diesel?”. He says “what do you need?” Although off putting, I said thanks for confirming and let him know that one of my trucks was in the area, 26ft box truck, and the air brake light came on. I asked him if they had the capacity to take a look at it and he said “we cant help you”. Rather that was a true “that’s not something we work on” or if he just chose to say no… the world may never know, but I was happy to get off of the phone of such a sour and unnecessary interaction when I’m being friendly and collaborative.
