Clayton's Classic Customs is currently restoring my project truck for me. It's a 1956 Ford F100 panel truck. He's done a complete frame off restoration for me. He's switched out my chassis, engine, transmission, rewired the electrical and getting things all back together. He is currently working on another friend's project truck as well and I've got a few other friends I'm sending his way. He is very trustworthy and reasonably priced! He tells you what you need to know to get your project completed the correct way and he doesn't take short cuts. I'd recommend you give him an opportunity to work on your classic!

Incredible Work & Next-Level Customer Service I can’t say enough good things about Clayton’s Classic Customs in Riverside. These guys are the real deal—true professionals with a passion for classic car restoration and top-tier mechanical work. I brought in my 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood, and the quality of work they did was outstanding. The car came out better than I imagined. But what really blew me away was the customer service. After picking up my car, I realized too late that I had almost no gas in the tank and ended up running out just a short distance from the shop. I gave them a call, and Clayton himself came out to help me. He figured out right away that I was out of gas, went and got me some, and got me back on the road—no questions, no hassle. That kind of service is rare these days. They didn’t just take care of my car—they took care of me. If you’re looking for a shop that does amazing restoration and treats you like family, Clayton’s Classic Customs is it.

Clay diagnosed my impala engine and found out I was sold a bad engine. With his help I was able to find a new engine and transmission. Once I got it there, he went straight to working swapping out the old engine for the new engine and got my impala running. With all the bad shop out there and everyone trying to rob people, it was great to find somebody honest and knowledgeable and easy to make a deal without the fear of being taken for. Highly recommend this shop for any classic car mechanic needs.

Clayton worked on my 1964 Impala SS. My trunk hinges were bent and my trunk was not lined up correctly. Clayton fabricated new hinges for my trunk lid and lined it up PERFECTLY. I got my car back in one day. The price was more than fair and less than other shops quoted me. I could not be happier with the results. Clayton’s customer service is the reason why he will be the only one touching my car from here on out. The communication was perfect and I was kept in the loop the whole time. Zero bull shit at this shop. Thank you Clayton !
