I broke down coming out of the Dinkey creek area and was towed to these guys Sunday night. I live far away from Clovis. Monday morning, hat in hand I asked if they could squeeze me in. I know no one in this area. They let me hang at the shop for hours and managed to get me on the road despite their slammed schedule. The owner Nick was funny, practical and kind. The head mechanic Chris was considerate and helpful. The women in the office patient and fast. I am so grateful for how they took care of me. Definitely rely on them if your van or truck needs work. What good and caring people.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Clovis Diesel. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, honesty, and respect. As a single mother and a woman who is usually very intimidated walking into mechanic shops, this experience completely changed my perspective. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but the turnaround time on my truck was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to explain everything my vehicle needed, helped me understand proper maintenance, and even showed me ways to save money that I genuinely would have never known otherwise. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable about 6.0 ford engines, but... the icing on cake as follows. They did a 100% comprehensive review on my truck, fixed everything I asked on time and nothing missed, 6k in repairs. But I remember "I" should have asked him to replace my water pump while he had a chance, that was on me, the water pump failed 1 Hour afer leaving his shop and I was stuck in the high Sierra mountains driving home with no way back. He could have asked me to have my truck towed but no! He sent his main mechanic parts in tow to my cabin and fixed it on site. After 64 years on this planet I've never seen this level of customer service. He would not let me be stuck, I will never EVER forget this. A water pump failure that was not his fault but Nick came to my rescue. In short, he is not only a great mechanic but he gives a damn about his customers. I would never take it anywhere else.

Sure, Nick is very a very busy mechanic,but his knowledge of the 6.0 Powerstroke is fantastic. Took the time to bulletproof my oil and EGR cooler properly. Not many mechanics can repair diesels properly, but Nick knows his s$&t. Will go back with all my F250 Powerstroke problems

I recently noticed an oil leak on my 02 F250 Power Stroke. I have owned the truck since new and has been pretty much trouble free. Not knowing where to take it for repair I googled and Clovis Diesel and Smog came up After talking to Nick I brought my truck over for inspection and he knew immediately what the issue was. The turbo pedestal and a diesel line were the culprit I also asked him to check and replace any suspect parts to avoid future problems. When I picked up my truck Nick showed me the parts he replaced I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and apparent knowledge of working on 7.3 Power Stoke Diesels. I was glad to patronize this small business owner and his one man show.
