Granted this Club Car Wash is in the South Side but we all pay big bucks for our memberships! For most of the stalls to not have working vacuums and pressured air with appropriate nozzles is disgusting.

I went in asking for a simple, single $16 car wash and ended up feeling completely harassed. The female employee pushed a membership on me more than five times. Even after politely saying no repeatedly, she wouldn’t let it go—to the point where I just started ignoring her. She then rudely asked, "Don’t you like to save money?" I didn't realize buying a single car wash was against the law here. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly rude customer service. I won't be back.

Poor quality wash. Left spots in the back of my bronco and I do not have spare on. No tire shine even tho I paid for the MVP package. They do not offer free trial wash like others. And it has the least favorable results out of 4 that I’ve tried. Waste of 46$ . I plan to do one more wash to take pictures of my vehicle after the wash. So I can share them.

Love the subscription for the washes here. I've tried the duck one and the blue wave one but they all just scratched my car. Club car wash kept my car clean.

Wash is great, we currently have the mvp membership, vacuums can be hit or miss as far as suction. As well as the window cleaners. I did have my first negative experience today while in the bay. The car in front of me got stuck(user error I believe)causing a back up with me in the middle of that car and the one behind me; I was concerned that our cars collided and it didn’t help that the person didn’t bother to stay to check, but it seemed okay.
