I had been going to this car wash for quite a while because the service and prices were good. Unfortunately, my experience on July 2 changed my opinion completely. As my vehicle was going through the wash, the conveyor belt stopped, leaving my SUV sitting directly in front of the very powerful blowers for about one to two minutes before the wash resumed. When I exited the wash, I discovered that my rear window was completely shattered. I immediately spoke with the manager on duty. Before reviewing anything, he told me there was "no way" the machine could have caused the damage. I explained that my rear window was intact when I entered the car wash and was shattered when I exited. He said he would review the security video and get back to me. After waiting two days without hearing anything, I returned to the business. The manager said he had been busy, briefly showed me the video, and stated that he and the owner believed the car wash was not responsible. I requested a copy of the video. I was told it would be emailed to me, but after another two days I still hadn't received it. When I called, I was told they had tried to send it but that my email wasn't working. I confirmed tha

GREAT place to get your car wash. The people are very attentive and helpful if you need help. Fast wash and efficient. They also have free vacuums

My favorite car wash in Long Beach. Friendly staff, air blowers for excess water, wipes for the dash, free vacuums that work very well. I've been coming here since they opened a few years ago. Great experiences so far.

Good Carwash just horrible payment methods, if you use credit card to pay for your Carwash just check your activity for the next couple days because they may charge you again randomly days later. It’s happened to me on 3 different occasions in the span of 6-7 months. I always get the basic $9 wash but days later will randomly get charged $20.99 and I always have to dispute it with my bank thankfully they’re great and always fix it but it’s just a headache having to keep going but .. it’s my nearest carwash unfortunately. The first time it happened I was still at the carwash and I spoke to one of the people in the office and he kept trying to tell me “no no we didn’t” and I wasn’t gonna waste my time arguing over $9 so I showed him my Bank activity and it showed another charge then he refunded me but he wanted to go back and forth about it. The most recent time the machine said to “remove my card” (I already did ) so I pressed the help button and funny enough the same guy helped me from previous months ago and he was like “oh you have to pay” and I was like I did .. that’s why it says on the screen remove my card so I told him I don’t want to get double charged and he said once agai

love this place. best self car wash hands down. I've tried Fast5Xpress, Tunnel Master and Raceway. Coastline comes first and I'll tell you why..... coastline gets your car clean on both sides: ALL windows, windshield, hood, tail/rear bumper...nothing gets missed. you never have to drive through a second time no matter how dirty your car is. their tsunami wash is no joke. just make sure you show your receipt when you pull in to get your hand towel. I will hold off using car washes across town to wait until I get back close to home and go to coastline. I've taken four to five different vehicles there and there's never an issue with getting the car spotless. it's amazing. and how can I forget the number one reason why I prefer this car wash over every other one: no rails. I repeat NO RAILS. so if you have aftermarket rims, you are good to go on their conveyor belt! second best in this lineup would be raceway on imperial in Norwalk as their staff is exceptional and super friendly over there.
