I recently brought my car to CollisionDoc after a fender bender, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Rick and Justin were great to work with....super communicative, straightforward, and always kept me updated throughout the repair process. They fixed my bumper and exhaust perfectly, and when I picked up the car, it was fully detailed and looked better than ever. Highly recommend CollisionDoc for anyone needing quality repairs and top-notch service.

CollisionDoc, especially Justin, was great with getting my bumper fixed! They were helpful with providing an accurate estimate (where the true total came out to lower) and was super friendly. On top of it all they detailed my car!!! I literally did not recognize my car. Would definitely return again the next time I run over something

Abel was so great! I scraped my front wind guard of my Chevy Volt and he repaired it so quickly. Hopefully I’ll never need to come back but if I do ✨🫶♥️

I recently needed to have my car repaired due to an accident and I just want to say I am so thankful I was able to meet Fernando, Frank, and the rest of the team. They were very kind, and answered all of my question and concerns. They took my car into the shop when everyone else wouldn't due to an overhanging salvage title on the car. They went above and beyond, helping me deal with my insurance company and giving me so much needed advice and insight into my claim. I've learned two things that I wanted to share with anyone involved with Fred Loya Insurance or the Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center below, but for everyone else, I cannot thank the people here enough. I promised Fernando a novel of a comment, and I could write a book about the experience, but I hope this works just as well! Thank you again! - I made a bad decision to have Fred Loya as my insurance company. Truthfully, I should have looked deeper before I purchased this insurance, but it's a mistake I won't make again. Got work done at CollisionDocs June of 2024. Fernando and the crew were phenomenal!! Communicative and prompt with their service. I was floored by every persons dedication to get me back on the road. I was a ball of nerves handing over my keys but every time I called or came to the shop I was put at ease in this warm environment. Huge thumbs up 👍
