My one box on 2016 Freightliner needed to be cleaned after 700,000 miles. I was referred to Continental by Matt at Prime Truck and Trailer in Fontana. Sal and all his mechanics were awesome from the start. I took my one box there for cleaning. Reasonable price. Done in 2 days. Put it all back together for me and gave it back ready to just reinstall in my truck. Just reinstalled and all tests came out beautifully. Thank you so much to everyone at Continental, very professional, answered all my questions, quick and got the work done. My experience with Continental Radiator was positive from the time I called and explained to the receptionist my goal to determine their procedure for checking the air condition condenser on my 1990 Toyota Tercel for leaks and pricing which she did superbly and didn't rush me off the phone when I had questions. I came during their break which Sal informed me and would attend to me after 10 minutes. Afterwards his worker got right on it and Sal informed me it wasn't leaking or plugged. He also offered to paint it without charge which made it looked new (although best not to paint the fins for better heat transfer) and waived the $20.00 leak checking charge the receptionist quoted me. Furthermore, since I was converting the R12 to R134A refrigerant I had some questions which Sal called his A/C expert Juan who gave me some good advice on flushing the A/C compressor and evaporator and was patient with me when I received a call. In conclusion, I felt welcomed and accommodated from Sal and appreciated the family atmosphere. I have no problem recommending them.
