I had my car repaired here after an accident and had a great experience. Tim and Bianca were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made sure I was satisfied with the final repair. They were very professional and accommodating, and when I wasn’t happy with one of the initial repairs, they made sure to fix it and make it right. Highly recommend their service!

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. Ramon was the best mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Long story short, I took in my vehicle for a repair as I got rear ended. He called me immediately to notify me that the shop that did the repair did a really poor job. He printed the claims invoice from that previous claim and went over to me every single detail that needed to get fixed from that prior shop even though he didn’t need to. Thanks to him I was able to figure out my next steps. He even offered for me to bring my vehicle back to make sure the repairs were right this time once I got my vehicle fixed. I ended up having to take my car back to that prior shop. But once that work is done I trust no one better to go over that work than Crash Champions San Pedro. He was super professional and went over every detail. Even Bianca the front desk made sure my paperwork was done quickly. I’ve never had a better experience at any Autobody shop and I 1000% recommend you bring your vehicle here for any repairs. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Great collision repair company. They are the best, to the communicate with you at each step. I was well informed and the repairs were completed when promised. You cannot go wrong with this company.

I would recommend this business to anyone. The employees are all helpful and professional. Ramon was thorough and took time to explain to me the details of how my car would be repaired. They were very communicative every step of the way. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I were to be in another car accident, this is the only place I’d go.

Great service! Great quality of work repair on my 2018 Camry. Ramon kept me well informed on what needed to be done on my vehicle and how long it would take. The front desk help was very friendly and courteous. Kept me up to date whenever I had a question. I will definitely go back and get repairs done here in the future if needed. Great body shop, hugh quality work and highly recommended!
