So happy I chose D Collision. My Ford got hit in a parking lot, and they did a clean job, even polishing and vacuuming it so it felt newer than it's condition prior to the accident. Very helpful, offering rental and even assisted with my inner fender liner which was torn off in a different mishap. As soon as insurance approved they worked quickly and were responsive to my calls and questions.

This shop goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I accidentally ran into this shop on my way home after the collision. The shop attendant offered me water, he helped me fill the paperwork on the spot while speaking with the insurance company. As soon as I set foot outside the office, a rental was ready to go. No waiting for an uber to take me for a rental, no lines at the rental department. The work ethic is above and beyond. No over the phone damage appraisals. They had an insurance employee come to the shop and do the appraisal then and there. Upon working on the vehicle, when further damage was discovered. The car was placed on hold until the insurance agent went back to the shop and inspected the damage. The vehicle was taken to a car wash for a detail and I got my car looking as if it was first purchased. Best, most comfortable experience I've ever had when dealing with an uncomfortable situation such as an Traffic Collision. Thank you D Collision -

Great service, great price! Did a wonderful job on my car. I love my Prius but unfortunately it had a bad dent. They fixed the dent and the car looks brand new. I’m so happy and will refer anyone that needs body work to their car. Very nice people, amazing customer care, which is actually very important.

When I brought my 2013 Camry in, they took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and clearly explain what needed to be done - no pressure, no upselling. What really stood out was their flexibility. I was handling the repair as a self-pay customer, and they were straightforward about payment options (Zelle, credit card, or cash), which made the process easy. They also worked within my budget and were open to using after-market parts where appropriate to keep costs reasonable. Most importantly, the car looks great. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I felt treated fairly and respectfully throughout the process. D Collision is hands-down the best body shop in Santa Clarita. Matt was our main point of contact, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough about him. It was so refreshing to work with someone honest, straightforward, and reliable — no overpromising or underdelivering.
