Great folks, excellent service, and reasonable price! I initially assumed I needed front and rear brake pads, rotors, and sensors, and was prepared to pay the full estimate for that work. After their inspection, Robert explained that the front brakes did not require replacement, saving me more than $1,000. I genuinely appreciate their honesty and clear communication. Robert also reviewed the diagnostic codes and let me know that my starter battery will need replacement soon. I’m grateful for the heads‑up. It’s reassuring to know I won’t end up stranded with a dead battery. Adam also deserves recognition. He prepared a detailed estimate of the recommended services and kept me informed throughout the entire process. His professionalism and steady communication made the experience even better. I’m new to the area and grateful to have found an excellent organization to service my Mercedes GLS450. Their integrity, transparency, and professionalism give me full confidence in trusting them with my vehicle going forward.

I can’t recommend Dallas European Auto enough. I brought in my Mercedes for a B service and paid $580 after taxes. Other shops I called quoted me $750, and the dealer wanted almost $1,000. They also use Liqui Moly oil instead of the cheap generic synthetic a lot of other places try to pass off as premium. They’re also one of the few shops that lets you bring your own instead of forcing you to buy through them at a markup. You only pay for labor, and the rate is more than fair. You can also buy parts from them to make it easier too, and they use premium products if not, OEM. Communication was excellent. They walked me through exactly what my car needed, never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and even helped me spot some sloppy work a previous mechanic had done. They never touch your car without calling first and sending a quote, so you never have to worry about surprise charges or unauthorized work. Scheduling was easy, they finished on time, and they’ve even done same day service for me. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with genuine care and respect. The customer service is outstanding, and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about the vehicles and people they serve. What really sets them apart is the way they make you feel like part of the family. They take the time to explain what’s going on, answer questions honestly, and never make you feel pressured or like you’re just another customer. Most importantly, I trust them completely with my car, and especially with the car my wife and kids ride in. That level of trust is something you can’t put a price on. This is my second review in over 12 years. I've never taken my cars anywhere else. Lexus and Mercedes. I've had both. DEA has never failed me. I now drive up from Houston, TX to Plano, just to spend time with these guys. Service is quick, efficient and reasonably priced. These guys don't steer you wrong..EVER!! No upsells, no lies nor BS! Just good honest, quality workmanship and good people to work with. Trust us. You won't be sorry. 12/10 stars!

We came from 7 hours away to purchase a new to us SL450 and our friend recommended we bring the car to DEA for a pre purchase inspection. The PPI was money well spent as Robert uncovered a small intermittent coolant leak during the inspection. We made a deal on the car based on the repair costs. We needed to return home the next day and were scheduled to return in a month for other business. Adam scheduled a service visit with us on our return. They were ready and waiting with the parts when we arrived. Robert was able to repair the leak and get us back on the road the same day for less than originally thought. You won't find friendly, courteous, professional service like this team provides anywhere else, especially at the fair, reasonable prices they charge. We will make the trip back here for any major service we need in the future.
