I can’t recommend JC enough. I brought my Porsche Macan S to him after my neighbor accidentally hit my passenger-side door, leaving a dent and paint damage. He was responsive from the start, upfront and fair with his pricing, and had my car looking great again in about three days. The repair quality was excellent. Then, unbelievably, about a week later, someone hit my driver’s side door in the H Mart parking lot and left another dent and paint chip. They chose to pay for the repair directly instead of going through insurance. I was in the middle of moving and couldn’t bring my car in right away, and JC was incredibly patient and understanding. He told me to bring it in whenever it was convenient for me, which I really appreciated. Finding an honest body shop isn’t always easy, but JC has earned my trust. He communicates well, does high-quality work, and genuinely cares about taking care of your vehicle. If you have a car you care about and want someone who will treat it with the same level of care, I highly recommend JC.

I recently had the front bumper on my BMW replaced and painted by Dallas European Collision and Auto Repair.   Quality of the work is excellent.  You can't tell my car was repaired: the alignment is perfect, the paint color matches perfectly, it looks like it just came off the showroom floor.  JC kept me updated throughout the process and delivered on his promise.  I love my car and wanted to ensure it was repaired correctly.  I highly recommend JC and Dallas European Collision and Auto Repair.

I had a great experience with this shop repairing my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia. The team kept me updated throughout the repair process, answered all of my questions, and even sent progress pictures so I knew how everything was coming along. They took the time to thoroughly test drive the car before returning it to make sure everything was working properly. After I noticed a torn weatherstrip, they were willing to order a replacement and help take care of it. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, communication, and quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. Thank you again!

After being turned down by other repair shops, I found JC at Dallas European. They managed the insurance company directly, got the payment needed for the appropriate repairs, did a wonderful job on the car and were kind the entire way, too. Highly recommend if you’ve got a European car and some work that needs to be done! Thank you JC!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Dallas European Paint & Body did on my BMW X5. The rear bumper and front end damage were repaired perfectly. I especially want to thank JC for everything he did. The insurance adjuster was ready to total out my car, but because of him, my car was approved to be fixed. That meant a lot to me.
