I had such a great experience here! I came in pretty upset after scraping my brand-new car and initially thought I was going to need a full repaint. Larry was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and most importantly, honest. He walked me through realistic options and pricing, starting with the least invasive solution rather than immediately pushing me toward the most expensive repair. He had his detailer take a look and suggested we try buffing/polishing the scratches first. The detailer estimated they could remove about 70% of the damage, but I honestly feel like they got closer to 90%! The difference is incredible, and I’m so happy I tried this before committing to repainting the car. His detailer did an amazing job. The entire experience was seamless. Pricing was straightforward and fair, my receipt was emailed to me immediately, and I was comfortable waiting in their office while the work was being done. The bathroom was clean, and I genuinely enjoyed talking with Larry and his wife while I waited. I really appreciated that I never felt pressured or upsold. Absolutely amazing experience. I bought my car in for an estimate after hearing estimates from $800 - 1,500 from other places. Larry was immediately kind, helpful, and understanding. I drove right up, he looked at my car, and was able to fix my broken rear view mirror for $200!!! Looks good as new. The repair took less than 2 hours and I got a next day appointment. Larry even recommended a great coffee place nearby I was able to work remotely from while I waited! Great experience.

Exceptional Experience! Brought both of our Teslas here for scratch repairs and paint touch-ups, and the results are flawless. Larry was fantastic—clear communication and he went out of his way to give us the best possible service for the lowest cost. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and the workmanship is excellent. Highly recommend Dent and Scratch Pro Point Loma!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Starting off Larry was super helpful and got me a quote right away. Unfortunately someone had scuffed my front bumper and left deep scratches. Larry provided a very reasonable quote and completed the repairs in a quick matter and it looked good as new. Love knowing there’s body shops out there that not only do great work, but provide excellent service and prices. Best shop in San Diego.

Well I don't usually post any business reviews because of time, but this was extraordinary service and work performance. Larry was on top of everything, had a time frame a price and a plan. No surprises other then the car looked like the day I bought it. Recommend you see for yourself and no need to go anywhere else. Six Star if I could do it.
