Had my 2014 Ram 2500 towed in because I couldn’t get to start and had a fuel leak. Frank was clear in what needed to be done and made a good suggestion on other changes I could do. Fair price and they did it quickly. Amy was polite and professional when I picked it up. I was was a referral customer and will be referring them to others.

While my truck is now in good working order, the experience with the service and customer care left a lot to be desired. I dropped off my truck for a repair to the lift system (any level), which took nearly two months. During this time, communication was minimal and poor. When discussing pricing, I found the subject to be awkward, and I was never provided with an itemized invoice detailing the breakdown of work and parts. The day before I was scheduled to pick up my truck, I received a call asking if I knew the remaining balance of my bill. Since I had previously left a deposit, I estimated the balance to be no more than $2,500—$1,000 more than the price we had originally discussed. Just minutes after this conversation, I received a message confirming that the remaining balance was indeed $2,500, but with a request to pay through Zelle again, which I found odd. I opted to pay in cash when I picked up my truck instead. Upon arriving, I paid the balance and received a hand-written invoice in front of me. However, when I walked out to my truck, I found it to be filthy inside—despite having the truck freshly detailed prior to dropping it off. After two conversations with both the own

I work in hospitality, and it's very rare for me to be stunned by a business because they rarely deliver great customer service. We found Diesels of Dallas on Instagram. From the moment we contacted Bryan, they have provided the best customer service, quick response times, and recommendations. When we walk into the shop, we are greeted and feel very welcomed. Bryan, John, and their entire team come highly recommended by us. Not to mention, they made our dream truck a reality straight from the factory off the lot

I took my 2019 f250 about a year ago due to my tune/deleted engine being hard on the original, the second one ran perfectly till I had a minor incident and ran it like that till I apparently burned the clutches. I dropped it of last week this being the second and they did promised me an earlier date to be finished my new date is only 5 days off. I know they are doing what they do best and making it ready for me to beat it on a daily basis with out hiccups. Plus did I mention 3k for a refurbished transmission installed?....you’ll find one at the junk yard for $3,250 at least that was the lowest I found without labor. I will follow up with an updated review once I received the truck in progress. Hopefully it’s as easy as it was last time (literally get in start it and go, I drove straight to Denver from the shop that same date) also I do roofing work for a living and haul 10-16k lbs daily.
