I started on my search for a windshield replacement after realizing my current windshield has severe ghosting and made it incredibly difficult to drive. I stumbled across this place after searching for the best Auto glass repair/replacement in the inland empire and this place popped up. I contacted them through yelp, and immediately got a response from Carlos. Within minutes I was able to set up an appointment the very next day and a set price. Original price for me was $310 for parts and labor. After discovering some issues with my current windshield, price went up to $442 but I did not mind at all so long as it got the job done. They notice my windshield wipers were worn and decided to throw in some free windshield wipers. It is a small touch but well appreciated. I can’t say they will do it all the time, but they do help out when they can. Communication was crystal clear and if I had any questions, he had the answers for me. Outstanding experience from start to finish. I showed up with a driver’s side window that had suddenly dropped into the door and was stuck completely open. The team was professional, friendly, and got me in immediately. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had it repaired in about 30 minutes, which saved our river trip. I recently had my windshield replaced at Direct Auto Glass. Overall, the experience was mixed, but I appreciate that they tried to make things right. There was a mix-up with my vehicle model, which caused major delays and threw off the rest of my day. If you have a newer vehicle, I highly recommend confirming that they have the correct model information before your appointment. Carlos was attentive, professional, and did his best to help throughout the process. To their credit, the company discounted the price because of the inconvenience. However, the delays resulted in additional expenses and hassle, including needing a rental car and multiple Lyft rides. My biggest piece of advice is to plan for this to take all day and avoid scheduling other important appointments afterward. Double-check your vehicle information ahead of time and give yourself plenty of flexibility. While the experience was frustrating, I do appreciate that the staff acknowledged the issue and worked to compensate for the inconvenience.

Had a electrical problem with all four windows on my 2005 Toyota Corolla. They replaced the master windows switch and the car is good to go. Had a appt with them at 9:30 and picked up the car in the early afternoon same day. Carlos a real nice guy at the front desk. They just get the job done and they took a ton of stress off of my shoulders. They are also affordable. Thank you Direct Quality!
