I had been doing research and price comparisons for tires for a week. Maybe even two weeks. I finally narrowed it down to a couple different stores and quotes. I decided to get my tires from Discount Tire Center, on Warner Ave., in Huntington Beach. I got 2 other quotes for the same amount, however, I was so pleased with the customer service I received from their Manager, “Sam” that I was more than happy to get my tires at this store. He went above and beyond to find me good quality, high performance tires, my car requires. He was knowledgeable, patient and determined to find me everything I was asking about and for everything I needed and wanted for tires my car, desperately needed. He also, suggested and offered to sign me up as a Rewards Member, as it would take more money off the original price he quoted me AND allow me to earn points to use as money towards all future services. Needless, to say, I’m now a Discount Tire Service Member. Honestly, my experience from beginning (including my 1st phone call to the store) to the end, was OUTSTANDING! Had my SUV towed here because I ran over a nail amd got a flat. Sam got me checked in, said it would take 30-45 minutes. In the time it took me to get a free coffee and have a few sips, he told me my car was done! 15 minutes, and I was back on the road. Incredible service!

Been going here for a long time! Trustworthy, charge a good and fair rate, and they are always quick to help on a realistic timeline. Will always take my cars here. Wheels always balanced, they’ve always repaired nails in tires and the patches have never failed me. Sam is super friendly as well and helped me out right away from my last time. These guys rock! Don’t hesitate to take your car here.
