Made appointment online and called the store to verify tire I wanted was in stock. When i got there they said it would take 2 hours. Returned 3 hours later, not done. Waited in line to ask if it was done. Was told they didn't have the tire in stock. (They couldn't have called me to tell me I guess) Was offered a different brand and told they would fast track me to get it done. Waited another hour. Asked again on the status, said "30-40 mins" waited andother hour, car hadn't moved. Then pulled car into the bay. Car sat un touched for 40 mins.Still not done. After almost 6 hours Finally asked to just give me my keys back. Pulled the car up with out a word. No apology, no acknowledgement, Not even a "Your welcome" when I thanked him for pulling it up. I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews, but after attempting to reach the store by phone several times and being left on hold for more than five minutes, I feel compelled to share my experience. I initially received a great quote on Friday from a gentleman who was extremely friendly and professional (I believe his name was Cesar). Based on that positive interaction, I rescheduled an appointment for yesterday at 3:00 p.m. I also made it clear that the tires were for my elderly father. I arrived on time and waited in the customer area. At 3:20 p.m., the car was still sitting untouched, so I asked how much longer the service would take. I was told it would normally take about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. I decided to leave and return later. At 4:40 p.m., I received a call informing me that they had spent the previous 20 minutes trying to locate the wheel lock key and still could not find it. This meant that, more than an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment, they had not even started working on the vehicle—and I was told it would take another hour or more to replace the tires. Excellent experience from start to finish. I purchased four new tires and an alignment, and the entire process was friendly, straightforward, and completely free of any sales pressure. They clearly explained my options and helped me choose what made the most sense for my truck and budget. Levi and Chris were especially helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. The service and overall value are top-notch and, in my opinion, outpace their competitors. The facility is also clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to wait, with plenty of nearby food options. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for future tire and service needs!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Prices were better than other places I’ve gotten tires. I’ve never been in and out so quickly. Will be coming back and recommending them to anyone who brings up tires/oil changes

It was my first time at Discount Tires, Long Beach/Carson. I was very impressed from the very moment I walked in. Earnest Selma greeted me and let me know about the tires to get that aren’t easy to find. At all times, he was kind, polite, and professional. He was able to discount them further for my first responder daughter, which I didn’t expect. He even arranged courtesy rides to and from home to pick me up. I had a great experience doing business with Discount Tires today!
