I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Don’s Mobile Auto Glass, and I can’t say enough good things about their customer service—especially Tiffanie, their Sales Representative. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers and treats you more like family than a client. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about making sure her customers are taken care of, not simply making a sale or earning a commission. My windshield replacement was completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable and affordable. I also really appreciate that Don’s Mobile Auto Glass is a family-owned company. There is something so much more personal and reassuring about working with a family-owned business rather than dealing with the impersonal, big-corporate feel you often get elsewhere. Unfortunately I would not recommend this business, which is unfortunate because they were recommended to me by a friend. It took Dons several months to complete a simple window repair and glass replacement, which included multiple issues on their end. 1. The estimate paper work was apparently lost and I had to call them a week after they initially came out to figure out what was going on. 2. I had the repair scheduled for a certain day that I took off work for, but they did not show up. When I called them, they told me that the part had not come in yet and I would have to reschedule. They also said they had called me, but I know that it was a lie. 3. When they finally came out for the repair (a month and a half in at this point), they did not order the right quantity of the part that was needed, so they were unable to complete the repair and had to order another one. 4. After all that, the final price was about $150 more than what I was originally quoted (probably due to their incompetence). $500 turned into $650. I’m sure they will have some half heated apology to this review, but my guess is that Curtis, the customer service manager, does care a whole lot about their customers,

I contacted Don Mobile for an estimate on replacing a cathedral ceiling side window. The estimate was to my satisfaction and decided to move forward with it. The crew came and setup scaffold due to the size and height of the window. It was not an easy task, but I salute them for their competence in handling it in such a professional way. I’m very pleased with their work and gave them another job of replacing my sliding door glass panels also and they did just as great. I highly recommend them for both mobile and home glass insulations.

Daniel was awesome. We had a cracked living room window and he measured and replaced on the spot. Even measured our screen door (the netting was ripped) and will have the company buy/replace it for us within the next few days. Good dude. Good company.
