I got into an accident and was extremely stressed throughout the whole process, but Jaime made everything so much easier. From start to finish, he was helpful, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. When I got my car back, it honestly looked brand new! The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I’m so grateful for all the help and support I received. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs. I had googled a few locations and read reviews of many places and I'm so glad we came here. Jaime and Katherine were not only professional but also gave us an ease of mind throughout the whole process, a plus they both (spoke English & Spanish). They guided us and even though Insurances can be a hassle, thankfully our process was smooth. Katherine and Jaime dealt with the whole insurance communication and kept us informed the whole way. No question we had was dumb, if we had a concern they made sure to go above and beyond to help us out. May I say our car looks amazing, like if it just came out the car dealer, just as new! A 10 out of 10 the whole staff did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. If you're reading this just save yourself the headache of going place to place and stressing yourself out, just go here.

From my first call with Jaime, I knew I trusted him to help get my vehicle back together. My car was hit by a careless drunk driver, while it was parked. The insurance was less than helpful and giving me the run around. And Jaime was the first person I spoke to during this situation that made me feel at ease. He did a more thorough inspection than the insurance did, and assured me that he would be able to fix my car. And he did just that, and quicker than initially quoted. My car looks brand new and runs better than before. Jaime is a stand up and honest mechanic. He is a trained mechanic and a degreed mechanical engineer, so you know you are in great hands! He also checked in a few days after I picked up my car, just to make sure it was running well. Downtown Auto Collision has a customer for life in me, and I will be referring all my friends as well. Amazing service, great value!!! I have come to this body shop for work after two accidents. For both accidents, the insurance companies were a pain in the butt. They tried to penny pinch as much as possible and approved repairs slowly. I am so grateful for Jaime at Downtown Auto Collision for doing such quality work on my car despite all the obstacles the insurance companies threw our way. Jaime maintained consistent communication and he and his team repaired my car beyond what I was expecting. Body shops cannot guarantee a perfect color match, but somehow they matched the color PERFECTLY on my Volkswagen beetle. He also gave me huge discounts on other work that needed to be done on my car that I didn't know about. Jaime is honest, and really cares about his customers. If you're in need of body work, I recommend this place! You will get so much great value for your buck!
