This place is truly the best. The more scathing reviews, I think, are coming from a place of just receiving bad news and misplacing that anger on very capable, honest and sincere employees. I personally adore Carrie and found her to be straightforward and helpful. She and the staff members went the extra mile in explaining to my partner and I what was wrong with our car without it feeling like we were being spoken down to or ripped off. When there was an issue with the car after it was fixed, they even examined it and corrected their work for free. Now that my car is on the fritz again, there is only one place I want to go!

After having a horrible experience with a mobile mechanic, Eagle Transmission saved our van from a nightmare. Carrie in the office is always busy, but she is incredibly kind, professional, and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation much easier. The mechanics were knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their honesty, expertise, and quality of work gave us confidence that our van was in the right hands. We truly appreciate everything Eagle Transmission did for us. We would absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing transmission work. Thank you to Carrie and the entire team for turning a bad experience into a great one!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I dropped my car off Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. to have my door lock actuators replaced. Later that day, I was informed that my brakes and rotors also needed to be replaced. On Friday, I called about an hour before closing for an update. Carrie told me, "They're working on your car right now. Everything else is done—they just have to put on the brakes." I asked if she thought it would be finished before they closed because I had to work at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. She told me she would do her best and assured me not to worry because there would be a way for me to pick up my car, even if she wasn't there. She never called. The next morning, I returned around 10:00 a.m. after receiving no update and found my car still on the lift. When I expressed my frustration over the lack of communication, Carrie immediately became defensive and rude. Rather than taking accountability, she talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and spoke to me as though I were a child. At one point, she even got up from behind the desk and walked toward me in an aggressive manner, making me feel genuinely uncomfortable. Thankfully, the owner came out and comp

10/10 highly, highy recommend!!!! Top tier customer service and automotive expertise! I am so glad I decided to bring my car here and will continue to do so for now on. They truly went above and beyond! Carrie, Miguel, & Jose are truly the best. It's so reassuring to know that there are still service locations like Eagle Transmission & Auto Care operating with compassion, integrity, and human decency!

As a women, I am always nervous about going to unfamiliar auto places. The moment I stepped inside this business I was impressed by how Carrie was treating the customer in front of me. Then when it was my turn she immediately put my mind at ease with her personality and her excellent customer service. I am a single mom with 2 boys on the the spectrum and I noticed several plaques on the wall for Special Olympics which already made me heart smile. My entire experience at Eagle Transmission in Addison was excellent from start to finish. When Carrie called to let me know my vehicle was finished she also shared with me that the owner Douglas, has a son on the spectrum and is involved in many charities benefiting people with special needs. I can't tell you how much this meant to me and it was so unexpected. This is a great business if you need work done on your car please go see them!! I have been recommending them to everyone I know.
