dude seemed knowledgeable but he seemed audibly tired and unwilling to provide the full expected service. 2nd EDIT (reply to response): The image below is my dashboard this morning after my tire was "patched" yesterday. I went to a different tire shop today, turns out he did indeed patch the tire but he didnt identify that therr was another leak just a few inches away from the one he found. this morning while going to work, tire is even lower than it was when i took it in. I initially actually wanted your shop to check all the tires to see if there were any other leaks. Your worker in his words said " there was no way he would check all the tires, so then i showed him the tire had the most suspicions about. Keep in mind, I came to y'all around 4pm on Sunday just getting off work, the only other staff was the gentleman with the dreadlocks hairstyle. - so other than sitting there arguing with him when he looked ready for me to leave, how would I have given you an opportunity to address the situation? I had a great experience! I called to ask if they charged for putting air in tires, they said no and welcomed me to come by. I got there, was immediately seen by two gentleman, they put air in my tires, checked all of them and evened them out, and gave me a little education as well! They were very knowledgeable and very kind! They even 24/7 service and roadside assistance!! I will most definitely be utilizing them and sharing their information with people I know👍🏽👍🏽

Alejandro and Cedric are awesome man. I had a blow out about 20 mins away and had ride on the blown tire to their shop before they closed. They waited on me and they gave me a great price on the used tire. I appreciate them more than they know. Thanks guys

I just showed up here at east end tire shop worried out of my mind that I would need a new tire cause my pressure was reading 5 after hitting a curb spoke with Mr.Will & Mr Joe and they both were able to check it out and put air in the tire for me they looked out for me and made me feel safe as a young women they didn’t try and railroad me and in the day and economy I appreciate it so much ! Thank you gentlemen very much for your hospitality! I will be showing back up with whatever tire issues I may come across in the future !

Cash took very great care of my tire that had a nail in it and got me right back on the road. I highly recommend this tire shop! Very professional, works with a sense of urgency and doesn’t disappoint! Thank you again Cash for taking great care of my vehicle and giving me legendary customer service!!
