Been going to Eddie's for almost 10 years now and they do good work. Never had an issue. The female receptionist that they have answering the phone now has a serious attitude problem though. I called requesting some information about a battery that I bought and was given the run around. Had my husband call back a few minutes later and the issue was handled...albiet, still with attitude. She needs a retrain and an attitude check. Don't let her ruin your business with bad customer service. Edit: Idk what happened to Eddie's but apparently O'Reilly's (where Eddie's gets the batteries) has beef with the shop. Idk what's been going on with Alfredo and the crew but it's not the same. Looks like we'll be finding a new shop.

TRUST WORTHY So, was concerned about my catalytic converter that was replaced by original shop owner, Eddie. Although Alfredo bought the shop he stood by the replacement warranty; no hassle at all. Have been a customer since 2020 and have had all repairs done correctly. If you are looking for expert mechanics that you can trust please go to Eddie’s

I have a 40 yr old volkswagen cabaret. The hose above fuel pump was leaking. They located a hose and the car is running great. They're extremely fair and honest with excellent costumer service Regardless of your gender.

I took my car in for a brake job. I ended having an additional issue of which the shop did not initially catch. Once I brought it to their attention, not only did the fix the issue but they went completely out of their way to rectify the situation and provide me with additional services and products that I was not expecting. Alfredo (shop owner) is a super honest guy and will help you understand the specifics of what is going on with your vehicle. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. You may pay a bit more than your average shop, but this is not an average shop.

This shop is a complete rip-off and takes advantage of people in need. I was quoted $170 plus the cost of the bulbs just to replace an emergency brake bulb and two license plate bulbs, a job that took less than 10 minutes and only required pulling the bulbs and undoing clips. The mechanic claimed he had to “go into the trunk” and do all this extra work to justify the price. Little did he know, I actually understand mechanical work, and it was clear he tried to take advantage of me especially because I’m a woman. Completely unacceptable. Don’t go here. Shop around and save your money.
