Girl at counter was just on her personal phone conversation on speaker talking and did not greet at all. I was in line with three customers in front of me and did not greet them also. Not even a thank you or nothing. Bad customer service. They don’t care for customers. after paying $38 car wasn’t clean good on inside.

Came back from a road trip with my new car and decided to come here instead of Wash n' Go down the street because I thought Educated might be better for a full clean. After paying ~$40 for the "ultimate" package and watching a guy wipe it down, he called me over saying it was done and to my dismay there was still sticker residue inside the driver's window, bugs on the front, and stains in my trunk liner. I asked the guy what he can do about the sticker residue and he did grab a razor blade and scrapped it off, and while he did that I grabbed a cloth and cleaned the front and truck myself. Had to go home and spend more time cleaning more spots I found they missed. Never had this experience else where so not coming back, Wash n' Go will get my business instead.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for the past 10 years, giving it chance after chance since I live so close by. Unfortunately, after today, I won’t be returning. It’s truly disappointing because it’s so convenient, but something is always missed—whether it’s the rims not being cleaned, or the windows not done properly. For the price, it’s just not worth it anymore.

3 stars. The wash was fine, and the $40 minivan price may even be reasonable for the "ultimate" package, but I was disappointed by the bait-and-switch at the register. The staff refused to honor my Twism discount, claiming they no longer participate, even though they are still actively listed on the app. Instead, they pushed their own loyalty program. Too bad, business - If you’re still getting the exposure from the app, you should honor the bloody discount.

They ought to be ashamed of themselves. List of photos speak for themselves because this was ridiculous. I was completely threw when Jimmy the manager tell me that I was asking for too much to expect my car to be completely clean on the exterior, no mud on the rail or cobwebs still left on the exterior of the truck even after the men call themselves trying to wipe it down. The interior wouldn't touched, I ultimately ended up having to clean my own vehicle. And this is after having paid the extra fee for a truck. Clearly Santa Barbara has extremely low expectations of how are car washes supposed to clean a vehicle because this by any means was not acceptable... Sand everywhere. For him to give me a response like," don't expect it to be completely spotless this is an in and out spot. " When I'm looking at three grown men wiping the car down. I told him I have never experienced such a horrible car wash. Never have I ever had to have this conversation with anybody at a car wash because they've done such a shabby job at it. When I asked him why there was so much sin still left in the car, he said because they don't have the little blower all they had was rags. I said that just does
