For my very first golf cart purchase, this company was highly recommended, and I received exceptional service from the getgo from Angelique. She welcomed my many questions and answered them in detail. With my wish to purchase speedily, she went "above and beyond" to make it happen. I will keep in touch and look forward to continue our positive workmanship. I would give them 6 stars if I could! . .

I had a very poor experience here. I highly do not recommend I worked with Mary for months: 1) the lender was very unprofessional that they recommended they informed us we were denied (with a excellent credit score with no negative history) only later to inform us it’s because they only lend if the loan is for multiple vehicles. Now if we knew this ahead would we want to run our credit to receive a negative inquiry ? No. We then decided to purchase outright : 2) Unprofessional poor dealings and I am getting the impression they are dishonest from my first hand experience we feel were led on to purchase a vehicle for it to be sold to another person last minute though we are more then willing to pay full price and we waited for months! 3) what they don’t understand is to treat the every day client well it’s very sad and not just the people buying a bulk order - maybe we were buying one to test it for a bulk order. What I can say is my experience first had was not good. Stay away save your money can only imagine the support and care you would get after the purchase -yikes

I am doing lease to own with Electric Car & Service Inc.; 8 total electric carts to purchase for the Oil Refinery that I am the Maintenance Superintendent over. Mary was my representative and took very good care of my requests each time I placed an order for electric carts, even when she was working overtime to fulfill two very large orders for carts for Disneyland and the Long Beach Grand Prix, she managed to still build and deliver my carts. Mary is a one woman army for that place and I appreciate her help.

My mom purchased a cart from these morons last spring. Mary kept saying, "I take good care of my Grandmas. We want you to be happy!"...BS! They are rip-off crooks that TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!! Horrible service, and we would NEVER RECOMMEND this place.

I bought a cart from there. They have horrible customer service, The owner seems like he's hiding from customers all the time and Mary is the worst. I brought my cart brand new and had so many problems with it. they would put me off, no return phone calls. Finally they picked up my cart but kept putting me off when the work would be finished. After them having the cart for like 3 weeks, I called for a status and was told there are like 40 carts ahead of mine, after 3 weeks. They (Mary) is so rude. Such a shame because they could be a successful business. When people ask me where I got my cart, I tell them but say don't go there, they are terrible. I would not do business or anything with them ever.
