Hi Its martin. Heres a solid evidence that your scooter will be never be stolen with this guys u r in good hands ..help yourselves have them service ur scooter i came here for a flat front tire replacement i was really hesistant at first cuz yeA... u kno.. after realizing they r the only ones repair accept heavy hyper scooters they even have pmt tires to offer for hyperscooters which is top of the line tires that only offer in this area. No other team will be honest than them .period. the front desk lady was so nice even gave me candies and frappp Due to my hardship situations that i had confess to them. Highly recommended this team r the best when it comes to customer service, honesty, upgrades , mods and repairs , fully knowledgeable experienced geek staffs to work on your scooter Professional people to be around and as u see my scooter is still in one piece. Dont trust other place than this guys. MORE POWER more projects to come! I will also drop off my begode 70mph euc when i get budget cuz it doesnt turn on cuz im a new rider drop it a lil bit when i was practicing and have them service it in future. It was good service but the time to get it done was awhile. Dropped it off Thursday, was told it'd be a few days to get it done which I can understand but it took almost a whole week. We had to call and the first was some dude saying he was the only one there and was having a hard time finding it. Second time was a lady who sounded like she just didn't even want to be there. Finally picked it up and rode nice but then the next day we had notice a part not even attached. We don't know if it was the scooters place not putting it back on or it had unscrewed itself but it's terribly hard to even put back so highly doubt it just came loose on its own.

Great selection of ebikes and scooters. People are friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my issue and gave me some great tips on how to keep my bike up and running.

Ahhh be careful. These guys aren’t exactly the best. Brought a scooter in after a decent crash. Accelerator wasn’t working blah blah. They said new front board, new swing arm was needed in the back. Get a call later, said scooter was ready with a bill of $120. Came in talked to them. They said “Well there wasn’t actually anything wrong with it, it was twisted up and we plugged it back in”. We charged you for labor. I don’t see how doing that minimal amount of work is worth $120. I think they aren’t being honest with work and diagnosis. They aren’t trying to help the customer, they are charging a premium for a 5 second fix. I would not go here again. The overall perception of the place was very unprofessional. For example, the cashier just started rattling off names when I asked for my scooter. Don’t ask my name, just was like “is this for chuck”? Like it was a skateboard shop or something Just go somewhere more professional that won’t rip you off

I came in to drop off my broken electric scooter. I haven't turned it on for a year. When i tried to turn it on, it didn't work. David was the guy who helped me and did a diagnostic test with the battery. Gave me a reasonable price $60 to test, and inspect my scooter. He said everything is still good. But the battery is dead. David offered to get me a new battery off Amazon and didn't spike the price. Dude is pretty honest and helpful so thank you, David for helping me out. Update: needed to deduct 2 stars. I am replacing the battery on my own now and found out that they didn't do a good job screwing them and over drill them which cost damage to my scooter. I'm glad there's a lot of screws holding up my battery but it's a bit unacceptable that they are not careful opening the battery.
