I rarely leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for Electrical ASAP! Yesterday we lost power to part of our house, including our garage and travel trailer (of which we are staying in while our house is being worked on), and I was convinced I needed to schedule a service call. When I called, Shay took the time to FaceTime with me and patiently walked me through troubleshooting my electrical panel and GFCI outlets. Within just a few minutes, she helped me fix the problem, all without charging me a dime. What impressed me the most wasn't just that she solved the issue, but how she treated me throughout the entire call. I know very little about electrical work, and Shay was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful. She never once made me feel silly or talked down to me. She explained everything in a way I could understand and genuinely wanted to help. In today's world, it's rare to find a company that's willing to spend their time helping someone without immediately charging for a service call. Electrical ASAP was wonderful to work with. Shay and Abel were so professional and helpful! We had an electrical panel from the 60’s and it needed an upgrade. They came out and explained the process and made sure to check on our application to PG&E to get approval to begin changing our panel. They helped us get a $2500 fee waived! On top of that, the process to get approved usually can take up to 6-8 months and they were able to get us approved in 2 months!! They also had payment options for the panel. You could just tell they value their customers and they will forever be our go to electrical company for now on.

I would like to give ELECTRICAL ASAP an A+++ rating for a job well done installing my TESLA UNIVERSAL EV CHARGER. After talking and getting quotes from other electrician companies, I chose ELECTRICAL ASAP because of their honesty, concern about the safety of their customers and the integrity of their work, it’s affordable, plus they are open 24 hours for emergencies. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They made sure they didn’t leave any mess and took their time that everything is working properly, help me with the set up, and showed me the do’s and don’t, before they left my house. My experience with Shay, Jose, and Nachos are awesome, they are now my go to electricians for as long as they are available. Highly recommended!!!

Brand new doesn’t always mean problem free. Our new home had issues with the dryer outlet and breaker. Electrical ASAP came through when we needed them most. Jose and Shay responded on a Saturday night with incredible urgency, professionalism, and genuine care. Despite the late hour and weekend call, they were accommodating, prompt, and efficiently resolved the issue with expertise and honesty. It’s rare to find a company that delivers not only exceptional workmanship but also truly outstanding customer service. I had an excellent experience with this Electrical ASAP. They installed a new electrical panel at one of my Shafter rental properties. They were professional, responsive, and explained the entire process clearly from start to finish. They handled all permits and the PG&E. The eletrician showed up on time, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was up to code. They also left the property clean and were respectful of my tenants. It’s hard to find reliable contractors, but these guys exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any electrical work and will definitely use them again in the future.
