My 2009 Prius had been having electrical issues for some time. Electron resolved all issues in the same day and for a very competitive price. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff added up for a great, satisfying experience. I will definitely be coming back for future service and I will also be recommending this service to my friends and family!

Electron Automotive was very transparent, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain all of the recommended repairs, what was urgent, and what could wait, which I really appreciated. Their pricing also felt fair and reasonable. They seem like a stand-up shop that does not try to give you the runaround or pressure you into maintenance that is not needed. Overall, they are honest, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable when it comes to hybrid vehicles. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop.

Comfortable waiting room with refreshments. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I brought my EV there for a pre inspection during my 14 day trial period before purchasing. Got a complete report with photos that allowed me to follow up with my used car dealer for warranty service. I will be returning for routine maintenance when the service vehicle light comes on and only trust their expertise to service my vehicle. Sincere thank you to my Service Advisor (Christian) for taking good care of me.

Great service! Super easy to deal with. Ethan took great care of my mom’s car. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to explain everything to my mom when she had a lot of questions and concerns. Was very easy to communicate with and kept us updated throughout the entire process; by phone call, text message, and email. We got the car towed there and within a few hours had a complete and thorough inspection done. They checked every system on the car. I appreciated their honesty in recommending what needed to be addressed now, and what we could hold off on. Reasonably priced and she was back on the road the very next day. Will be coming back for any future repairs needed.

dealing with extensive car repairs! Usually, this calls for tears and stress. Instead, I had a jubilant, calm, amazing experience. Christian and Ethan are outstanding and kind! Their care to their customers shines through. The waiting area was very beautiful and calm. Usually car repair shops are dirty and loud. This amazing shop has a calming water fountain, a comfortable couch, wonderful old timey music like Etta James. I will absolutely go back for further repairs for my Prius V, named Priscilla. She even got new bling!
