I came to empire sounds with no bass what so ever stock radio everything terrible. I got my sub installed the same day and it sounds amazing. Great prices and great customer service! 5 stars well deserved.

I was a little worried and have someone work on my baby (my car) but I read the reviews seem like this was a good place. And I'm glad that I came here the insulation was top notch very professional. I had the wrong hardware kit for my dash cam but they went ahead and installed it correctly. The personnel are very friendly. I would definitely refer a friend or family member. Thank you for doing such a great job. They even take the extra step to zip tie all the wires inside panels

Had two Alpine amps installed by this shop and it was clean and professional. Went back a second time to install some Hertz 6 1/2 that crutchfield said wouldn't fit in my car but they made them fit. The guys who work here are cool and down to earth. The installer knows what he's doing. This will be my new shop since pricing is reasonable.

Went for an amp and epicenter install the price was fair $135 for being my vehicle was already wired all they needed to do was connect the amp and epicenter a simple plug and play. My amp kept going into protection mode so I looked over everything and the screw that holds the ground to the amp was loose, the control wire was tightened down to the sleeve/rubber of the wire looks like the guy who installed it didn’t make the effort to strip the wire so it’s able to make contact with the amp. Also I had the older model audio control epicenter already in it I had bought a new one just to upgrade to the epicenter pro which was part of the installation, once the installation was done the guy gave me my keys and said I was good to go. Before I hop in my truck to leave I told the guy if he left my epicenter I had in the truck he said no and walks over to the back to grab it which was weird. Why would you not put the customers equipment back in their vehicle or why even take it out in the first place, you are working in the vehicle, you should have left it in there.. A perfectly working epicenter basically new just the older model. Poorly done job and unreliable. Will not be recommending no

I had an amazing experience at Empire Sound! They installed my front and rear cameras and did an excellent job — and at a very affordable price. The customer service was great, everyone was super helpful and professional, and I’m soooo happy and grateful for their work. Highly recommend them!
