This is what excellence and real personalized service is all about! Envision is it. Sean, the owner, called to walk through the appointment and what was being done, Serkan, the Operations and Quality Manager, greeted me and oversaw the entire process and Victor the installation tech provided a review of all that was done. Getting a windshield replaced is a very detailed process on newer cars like our Tesla Y, and Envision are experts at both installation and re-calibration. I am glad I found them and drove the extra distance to have them manage everything, including working with our insurance company. Everything was perfect. Thank you Envision team!

I absolutely recommend Envision Auto Glass. My car was broken into and I have never ever had this happen to me or anyone close to me. Needless to say I was lost. We originally did a claim through our insurance but due to a larger deductible it just did not make sense. We were referred to Envision Auto Glass. Let me say I could not have been happier with this choice. The repair specialist came on time and was so nice. He explained thoroughly the service. It was hot that day and he did everything at my driveway. I felt bad that he had no shade but was comforted that it did not take too long. He did an amazing job. The car no longer rattles with the broken glass and he did an awesome job. I would like to forget that incident happened. Luckily, it was fixed like nothing happened. Thank you so much.

I had an excellent experience with Envision Auto Glass from start to finish. The quality of work was outstanding and everything was completed professionally on time. I have to give a special thank you to Kendrick and Ronald for their excellent service. They made the entire process smooth and stress- free. Clear communication. I called late afternoon and they were able to schedule me first thing in the morning - quick to get my windshield. No confusion - they set to work right away and completed it quickly - about one hour. The waiting room is comfortable with a clean bathroom. There's TV, and a McDonald's right across the street. Envision provided good quality WiFi so I was able to get some work done. The technicians appeared competent and invested in good workmanship. I'm not skilled in their craft, but I left feeling it was done right and I won't have problems with the installation.
