I highly recommend Espino Tire & Wheel! The entire team was absolutely amazing. Cris was incredibly communicative, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I needed four new tires, and they made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated how smoothly everything went. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

I would not recommend Espino Tires and Wheels based on my experience. I brought my brand-new vehicle, which I had owned for only about two weeks, to have the windows tinted. Before taking it to this business, the vehicle was in excellent condition with no damage. I picked it up during the daytime, so the issues were not immediately visible. Later that same evening, once it was dark outside, I noticed that the sunroof shade/interior cover was wet and stained. After opening the shade to inspect it, I discovered that the newly installed tint was scratched. I immediately took pictures that same night to document what I found. I gave this business multiple opportunities to do the right thing. I personally returned to the shop three separate times and asked them to look into the issue and help resolve it. Instead of showing concern or taking the time to inspect what happened, I was immediately dismissed. They refused to help me, refused to take responsibility, and made no effort to find a solution. I bought a set of rims and 2 brand new run flat tires 2 months ago from this place, communication was horrible, the first set of rims i ordered had to get sent back twice because “they got the bolt pattern wrong in the back” then i ordered the second set which was CHEAPER than the first set and i never got reimbursed the difference. Also they forgot to balance or add a part to my wheels so when i finally got my rims i was back there in 30 mins because my car was shaking like crazy. Flash forward to this saturday i had a nail that needed to be patched and they were closed so i figured out that there was a huge crack throughout my whole tire from “air slowly seeping through the tire” i never got a tire pressure light. They then informed me that i had to pay for a new tire even though i only had this tire for 2 months. I explained my frustration to 2 workers and one of them didn’t act like he even cared just “we go by rules” Stuck up.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so no one else goes through what I did. I took my brand new 2025 Tundra Limited (only 4,000 miles) to this shop to install a 6-inch suspension lift. What they didn’t explain to me beforehand is that in order to do this modification, they had to cut an original piece of the factory chassis. This means that if I ever wanted to return the truck to stock, it would require welding, and it would never be the same as it came from the factory. After the lift, the truck did not drive properly — the steering wheel shook constantly. I went back and was told the issue was because of my 22x12 wheels. I then purchased 20x10 wheels, but the problem continued. When I returned again to look for a solution, one of the owners got upset and literally told me: ‘Here we don’t give explanations for what we do.’ That statement alone speaks volumes about the professionalism of this business. In the end, knowing my chassis was cut and dealing with these issues forced me to trade my truck for a new one at the dealership — just months after buying it. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this shop to
