Great customer service i took 2 cars in today they got me in and out about 35 mins best prices in town 90 for 2 smogs..

Amazing service and most affordable price in Bakersfield without the headache or haggling for Smog test. Cars year 2000+ came out for only $45. Next door was 65 and down the street 75. So yeah, no brainer. I thank Rich and the team for making the time seemless.

This place seem to be very honest. However they have changed. They did good work on 2 of my vehicles, so I trusted them. So then Id ask if they change a headlight bulb and fog lamp they said yes no problem? So they changed the bulbs and then told me it was 75.00. just to change 2 bulbs? This use to be a reputable shop. Now you call there ri ask a simple question and all you get is attitude and smart mouth and unprofessional response. One of the vehicles I took to them, they were to chk a fuse. When I got the car back the video screens for the back seat didn't work any more? The screens worked when I took the car to him. All I can say is it's sad to see what once was a reputable shop turn to shit! Good luck stay clear of this place.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable This shop is a perfect example of how not to run a business. They overcharge, make excuses, and fail to fix basic issues — then act like it’s your fault for asking questions. There’s zero communication, zero accountability, and zero honesty. I’ve never dealt with a place that showed less respect for customers’ time or money. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere that actually cares about doing the job right.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Dropped my daughters vehIcle off for a check engine light with a warranty. Was told they would " Go through the car like a fine tooth comb" to find the issue and to give them a couple of hours. Owner Called us back after 5 hours to tell us there where no engine issues found, but a maintence service would probably take care of the engine light, but that it would not be covered by our warranty since it would be considered rountine maintence. We told them if they were SURE this would take care of the engine light, to go ahead with the maintance service (at a cost of over a grand). Picked up car after 4 more hours They handed us the keys and said we were good to go. The engine light was STILL ON!!. Went inside and was told the owner was gone, they didnt know anything about the engine light and that they did not check the engine because "we only dropped it off for the routine service". Owner is doubling down on lies, and even telling us there was no engine light on at drop off. Funny, it was on for 4 mos. Prior, when we left it, and when we picked it up! LIARS AND CONS!! I am also seeing that a lot of the bad reviews are from women. I feel like they ma
