The guys here are very honest and hard working, they genuinely seem like they want to help get your vehicle going. Not price gouging, and were kind enough to go the extra mile and re-test their work to give me peace of mind. Very fair priced and super quick to get an appointment. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

I had no other options and was completely stranded. With only two hours before I had to be at the airport for a family trip to El Salvador, I walked into European Car Service in San Bruno hoping for a miracle. These guys went above and beyond to make sure our vacation happened without a hitch. They didn’t just jump in to do random work or try to make a quick buck — they were very clear that they wouldn’t move forward unless they were confident they could actually fix the problem. That level of integrity is rare. Even with my tight timeline, they took the car in immediately and assured me they would take care of it. Their communication throughout the process was amazing — clear, honest, and consistent. In the end, they found the issue and fixed it properly. When we landed back in San Francisco, we had a safe, reliable car waiting for us for the drive back up to Oregon. I can’t thank them enough. If you’re in a tough spot and need people you can trust, this is the place.

We had a great experience with European Car Service. We initially brought the car to a BMW dealership, but they were unable to correctly diagnose the issue and ruled out the actual cause. These guys quickly pinpointed the real problem and fixed it. Diagnosing car noises can be tricky, but they handled it with confidence and efficiency. The pricing was very reasonable and likely saved us from a much more costly and frustrating process at the dealership. Would absolutely recommend them.

I recently used European Car Service for repairs on my car. I've heard lots of good things about them, so I thought they'd do a great job. Unfortunately, I'm now left wondering if the technicians at this shop are part of some kind of secret government conspiracy. For starters, why do they always suggest so many unnecessary and expensive repairs? Is this simply a case of a mechanic trying to make an extra buck, or are there darker forces at work here? Moreover, why does my car seemingly break down faster after it's been "repaired" by them? Could this be an attempt by the technicians to get me back in for more costly repairs? Finally, why have I heard stories from customers that European Car Service never takes responsibility or refunds when the repairs don't solve the car's issues? Is this a sign that something bigger is going on here? I'm not sure what's going on at European Car Service, but I'm starting to feel like maybe there's something sinister hiding beneath the surface. Until I can find out more, I'll be avoiding them and recommending others to do the same. My suspicions only grew when I heard about the owner, Derek. Rumors in the community say that he has been a shady

I was told that the repair would take three days. Three days?! That's way too long for such a minor repair. When I asked why it would take so long, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said "that's just how it is". I decided to leave my car with them anyway, but when I returned three days later, nothing had been done! My car was still in the same condition as when I left it. When I asked what happened, they said they "forgot" about my car. How can you forget about a customer's car? The worst part of all this is that they still charged me for the repair! They said that because I had already paid for the service, there was nothing they could do. This is completely unacceptable and outrageous! I would never recommend European Car Service to anyone. They are unprofessional, unreliable and will rip you off without hesitation. Avoid this place at all costs - you have been warned! I've attached some pictures to show what this car shop will probably look like in a couple years if they don't change.
