The San Fransisco branch of European did a fantastic job repairing our Rivian R1T. Ken worked with us from initial quote through to picking up the vehicle. He was always very responsive and we communicated via text. They replaced the drivers side front fender and associated panels, and the work was first rate. They even did a thorough detail of the entire vehicle before returning it. They did the sensor and radar alignment and everything seems to be working fine.

Following a referral from Porsche Burlingame, we had a great experience with European Collision Center South San Francisco. The team was professional, welcoming, and transparent from start to finish. Special recognition to front-end service consultant Mattis, who handled everything seamlessly—scheduling the appointment, greeting us on arrival, managing the process in person, and wrapping everything up efficiently. The Service Manager was also great and provided an estimate for the additional work requested. The new state of art facility is modern and comfortable, and the repair quality and attention to detail were excellent. Communication throughout was clear and consistent. Our vehicle was returned in outstanding condition. —highly recommend for any Porsche owner!

Phenomenal experience with European Collision Center. I have an older car that parts are either difficult to find or don’t exist anymore and they went out of their way to source and even design and create new parts so that everything could be put back to perfect. The level of detail and care they put in was extremely appreciated and they’re true enthusiasts. Highly recommend!!

I had the opportunity to work with Angie and her team at European Collision Center after my car was bumped, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service they provided. Angie went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She arranged for the rental car company to pick me up directly from the shop, making everything incredibly convenient. When I came to pick up my car, I was stuck in traffic for over an hour, and Angie stayed late to make sure I could still get my vehicle. I was even able to return the rental car right at the body shop, which made the whole experience seamless. The ease and thoughtfulness of the entire process are truly underappreciated. From start to finish, Angie and her team made what could have been a stressful situation remarkably easy. A wonderful experience overall, and I would highly recommend European Collision Center.

I live in Folsom, California now, but have lived in San Francisco most of my adult life. I have trusted European Collision for many years for their quality of work, that I drove the 2 hours to drop off my car at their new Shaw Road location to handle my vehicle repair. Rather than having it repaired in Folsom or Sacramento, my car’s rear end, back headlight, and trunk lid had been backed into at a parking lot, and European Collision did a superb job, as usual, and I am still amazed. I have always been happy with any body work and repairs this establishment has performed, and would not hesitate to use them again at any time. Thank you so much!
