This is the 4th time I had a repair done in the last 18 months with Edwin and he never ceases to impress me. He is often busy and still he makes time for me, gets the job done efficiently and economically and he is a gentleman. We have taken our Prius, our Volt and Audi there and each time it has been a great experience. I highly recommend them. We tell all our family and friends in the neighborhood to go to Edwin.

I spent thousands of dollars with this shop on my BMW over the years. After being told an oil leak would be addressed, I later experienced a severe oil leak that led to my engine overheating. I ultimately had to sell the car for just $800 after investing thousands of dollars into it. I also brought my Volkswagen to him with all the parts and paid a $1,000 deposit, but the work never started. Despite repeatedly asking for an estimate and timeline, I never received one. To make matters worse, when I got my car back, several parts that I had spent a lot of money on were missing. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this shop.

Recently I started having a lot of issues with my 2014 Audi A5. It’s obviously getting older, but with under 90K miles, I was worried about having to make any major repairs when it should still be in pretty solid shape. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics over the years in West LA, and I’m really glad I found Edwin and his team. They’ve been transparent throughout the process, clearly explained the issues, and I’ve always felt they were honest about both the work needed and the cost. They were able to diagnose and repair my car quickly. Unfortunately, was still having issues, but they gladly took it back the same week and told me they’d keep working on it until everything was resolved at no extra charge. They’re super accommodating, understanding, and genuinely do their best to give you a fair deal. I’ll absolutely be going back and recommending them to friends.

The only mechanic you will ever need! I stopped by a month ago as I had a headlight out. Junior immediately got to work replacing it and was done in 5 minutes. Usually Mercedes requires you to take off the front end but he had special tools to make it faster. I came back for my squeaky brakes. He explained exactly what was happening and what I needed to fix right away and what I could wait on. He gave me a fair price and even took it for a wash/detail and checked everything was working properly. He also topped off my coolant and wiper fluid AND put air in my tires. THAT is the type of guy he is! Very caring and sweet! No other mechanic can compare to his level of service and kindness. So stop reading and take your car there right now! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I have taken my BMW here a couple of times. I was always greeted very warmly and received great service, especially JR has helped me a lot and even if the issue is something they can’t take care of, they honestly let you know and give you very helpful insight and guide. I will definitely come back, I strongly recommend for your European car, especially BMW
