Excellent Car Wash & Auto Detail

Been coming here every week for months now. I always come early and never have to wait in line (usually so early I’m the only one there) I get all 3 of my cars washed here; Corolla, Range Rover, Porsche 911. Usually do the $35 wash and I’m never disappointed. I occasionally ask them to address certain areas (marks on the headliner, small spill on the seat etc) and they do it at no charge. They are always friendly and efficient. Reminder y’all: this is 100% hand washing and it takes longer than driving through an automatic machine. Be patient and tip the staff just as you’d tip any other service job.

Don't come here. First off, they listed that small cars would be $30, they told me my car isn't small and that I have to pay $40, not a huge deal but my car isn't as big as a 4Runner like they have listed it's a tiny hatchback so I am not sure what they consider "small." It took over an hour and the guy told me it would only take 35 minutes. 1 car came after me and went while my car was still being worked on, I got the most basic package you could get. There was another car that was almost done by the time mine was finished. It wasn't a very good job for all that time I spent waiting there. The customer service wasn't very great either. I would have went to Carwood in Lakewood but it's closed, when it opens back up that's where I am going instead.

They are more than excellent they are stellar! I took my truck there after someone ran into it and left their paint behind on my paint. (not a good look) they charged me 150.00 and my truck.looks so much better no more yellow paint and it is super shiny. They were friendly and took my car in as soon as I arrived and it only took about 45 minutes thanks excellent car wash great job .

Slow, very slow and not very friendly. Car wash was good, hence 2 stars. Not a place to go to twice. Good customer service is not that difficult to achieve. Apparently there are enough customers to keep this business alive. I hope they read these reviews and try to improve.

They didn't even clean my car they just wiped it down, we where complaing about this place with other customers about them not doing the job correctly. We took off and when we looked at the back seats they didn't even wipe it there was still crumbs and dirt and also on the dash was rocks and dirt from the rag. This place was awesome with the old workers and owner but now the young kids don't even do the job and the manager thinks its a joke, I am never I repeat never coming back here again.
