Extremely Disappointed and Unsafe Work. I had this shop install an aftermarket alarm system with a kill switch on my newer challengr. One of the main concerns from the start was keeping my factory remote start while also having a functioning kill switch. I was told this would be handled. Months later, I discovered the kill switch does NOT work at all. The car can be fully armed and still start with no issue. That completely defeats the purpose of installing an alarm system in the first place and is a major security and safety failure. I took the car to another professional to inspect the work, and they immediately pointed out how rushed and poorly done the install was. Wires are everywhere, connections are sloppy, and some things are not connected correctly at all. It looks like a shortcut job, not a professional installation—especially unacceptable on a newer vehicle. This wasn’t a cheap install, and it certainly wasn’t a simple request. I trusted this shop with a brand-new car, and instead I got an alarm system that gives a false sense of security. Great experience, just off the tollway, friendly and had my ready for check out. Called and ordered a sub, two amps, radio, and a dash kit. The family owned business is solid place to buy parts at great prices. Sal kept me updated on when the parts would be ready and made sure I had all the hardware for the install. I will shop here again.

Great value, selection, and service. I bought a JBL PartyBox 120 w/ mic. Team was very helpful, let me test everything out before I bought it, then packed it all back up for me. Highly recommend, will do business again!

For what this place is, it's legendary. Going all the way back to the 90's, me and the boys were regulars at Falcon. You could easily get 5k systems (96 pricing) for about 1.5k, if you were decent at negotiating. The negative reviews are most likely people used to best buy, or mobile one (remember that place?). This is an "open box" store. Don't try and negotiate online, or over the phone, as the price they're willing to give you changes rapidly with inventory. Show up ready to buy, and make offers. We always did our own install, and the gear was always top notch. We ALWAYS had the best systems anywhere we went. Now, 28 years later, I'm taking my son down to Falcon to build his first system out in his first car. See y'all in a week or two! Hope Mohammed is still running the joint!

I purchased the 3rd generation DVR camera system plus the 2 year warranty on 9/7/2022 and on 9/11/2023 the plastic mounting bracket broke while driving down the highway I asked for a replacement and was told it’s to old just 4 days over a year but I have the extended warranty 😂made a claim and was told to ship the entire unit but then I explained it’s only the bracket that’s broke. The unit works fine, but was told again you must ship the whole unit so we can repair it that cost almost as much to ship as the bracket cost so I canceled the warranty and had to purchase another one from falcon electronics $38.38 so take a close look at the pictures that I sent them and judge for yourself before you buy this system
