We’ve been going to Familia Automotive for years, and honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this family owned business. When you find a business that you can trust, especially when it comes to something as important as your vehicle, you hold onto them and you tell everybody you know about them. Familia Automotive has earned so much respect in our community, and it’s because they truly care about their customers. They do honest work, charge fair prices, and they look out for the people who come through their doors. Klent always greets us with a smile, and you can tell that he genuinely takes pride in the work he does. One of the things I appreciate most is his honesty. He will tell you if something can be fixed, if it needs to be repaired, or if it simply isn’t worth putting more money into. That kind of honesty means so much, especially when you’re trusting someone with your hard earned money. I also love that they allow you to bring in your own parts. Of course, the parts won’t be under their warranty if you purchase them yourself, but it can save you money. Best mechanics in Stockton! Towed my Jeep to them around 4pm and got the diagnostic for the check engine light done same day. They were willing to go ahead and replace the battery also same day, but of course my car is a pain in the ass, so we had to push it to the next day. Klent and his guys are awesome. Very honest and thorough about their process and pricing. As a woman, this is so important because never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of for my lack of experience. Highly recommend and will be returning for more services!

Klent and his crew are very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. When i was referred here by my brother I already knew I can trust them with my car. Klent is very easy to talk to and will let you know in detail what your car needs. He got my old 97 Rav4’s AC feeling like it a 2026 model with the Ac and now I can commute with it at work again comfortably thanks to Familia Automotive. Highly recommended for sure. I initially took my Chevy Trax to this shop because I was having issues with my A/C. During my first visit, the owner was eventually able to get it working again after explaining that he needed to access parts behind the dashboard to complete the repair. Some time later, I noticed my coolant level was fluctuating due to what appeared to be a coolant leak, and my A/C stopped working again and began blowing hot air. I brought my vehicle back to the shop and explained that I was having both the coolant leak and A/C issues. After about two weeks, I was told the repairs were complete and that my car was ready for pickup. I paid for the work and left, but as soon as I turned on the A/C, it was still blowing hot air. Also I was having issues with the coolant again. The main reason I brought the vehicle in had not been fixed. To his credit, he allowed me to bring the vehicle back and performed another pressure test to check for leaks. He told me to wait to see if the A/C component would activate. While I was waiting for a while, I noticed that customers who arrived after me were being helped first. He even spent time assisting another customer with a Dodge Charger while I continued to wa
