Great shop, does honest work. The bad review here is definitely not what I experienced. Please come visit this place yourself, I can guarentee you will have a perfect experience. They treated me with the upmost respect. They took into account every issue my car had, talked me through every detail and gave me great suggestions for what needs to be fixed and what to expect. I had no complaints, when I drove my car off the lot. Prices are the best I’ve personally found in the Dallas area, especially for the quality of work I received. I’d recommend this place to any and everyone!

My husband took his car here to get an oil change and wheel alignment and had a horrible experience. They quoted him $80 for the oil change and $80 for the wheel alignment. Once the guy started the oil change he realized the car used a different filter(which he should’ve known form the start), instead of calling my husband back and consulting with him first, the mechanic went out and bought the new filter, drained all the oil and then decided to call my husband and tell him instead of the $80 it would be $120 just for the oil change. My husband did not agree to that or had any say in them buying the filter and upping the price. They are scammers, instead of owning up to his mistake and taking accountability they argued with my husband and still put the new oil and left the old filter on the car. Who even knows if they actually did the wheel alignment after that. I would HIGHLY recommend you take your car elsewhere. They are not to be trusted.

I can’t say enough good things about Felix Auto Alignment! Felix and his Son Diego are 1000% pros. I own a 2023 F-150, and I had gone to four different Ford dealerships a total of seven times with a brand-new truck—none of them could fix my alignment. The steering wheel always tilted right, and no one told me that after 2015, Ford doesn’t include the camber kits to save costs. I kept wearing through tires, even though I don’t go off-road—this is my pavement princess 4x2! Felix solved it in one afternoon (three to four hours). I highly recommend them if you want it done right the first time!

This is where I recommend all my friends and family! I was referred by my mom, who was referred by my aunt for Felixs excellent service. I got 4 new tires for reasonable price and he fixed the alignment and oil change. I recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend this family owned father and son shop, especially for anyone who doesn’t know much about cars. Felix always takes the time to clearly show you what needs to be fixed, how things should look, or how they should work properly. He’s easygoing, honest, and his prices are fair. I suggest calling ahead to schedule a time so he can give you his full attention. Thank you, Felix and Diego, for taking such great care of my car and my family’s vehicles.
