I had a great experience at Firestone. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without pressuring me into extra services. They got my vehicle in and out faster than I expected, and the new tires have made a noticeable difference in how smoothly my car drives. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

On 5/9/2026 I had to bring my sprinter van in with break issues and the counter gentlemen (,BOTH) OF THEM, were simply AWESOME. Very friendly and polite. Thre technician was just as awesome as the other two.

First time going to get my tires here. I thought I would feel uncomfortable as a girl going alone but they were all very nice and helpful. The gentleman answered all my questions and service was quick and smooth. I will definitely recommend my family to come here.

Pulled up and they saw me right away. Kept it professional and simple. They ran a diagnostic check on my car and let me know the real problem of anything and didn’t keep my car long. They held onto it while I took care of some other errands Quick Efficient Respectable I’d recommend

Amazing customer service. Short wait time, knowledge employees. Would highly recommend & I’ll definitely be a long term customer.. want to also mention they were less expensive than Auto Zone & A1 battery for exact battery & they are less expensive for synthetic oil change & transmission flush then Valvoline and Chevron express.
