I don’t like having to write bad reviews, but sometimes it is necessary. First I will start with a positive note: I do love the lifetime alignment check that you can purchase so you can it checked every six months like it is recommended. However, when I call and make an appointment for a day or two after and I come early to make sure I am there for the time of the appointment, I assume that it will be honored. Then I am told it will take over an hour and I explain when I made the appointment I was told it would take no more than 30 minutes. I explain this to the auto care advisor and he goes to ask if that can be accommodated. He comes back after a few minutes and said that it could be. However over 45 minutes I look to see my vehicle has not even be touched. I speak to someone who says that other appointments from earlier had gotten more done on their car. I understand this is a business and they need to make money, but people have jobs and other responsibilities and appointments. They should have at least had the courtesy to tell me around the 30 minute mark “hey, we apologize but due to circumstances out of our control, we still have not gotten to your car.” Then they could have

Highly recommend! I got a flat tire and got my car towed to Firestone. They inspected it and repaired it for less than $40 and the car was ready within 2 hours. They offered tire alignment packages for me to consider but were not pushy at all when I turned them down. Luiz and Jason were great! Very professional!

Fantastic Experience! I went to three different mechanics for the same problem and no one could resolve it. A mechanic recommended I visited this firestone location and Im glad I did because they resolved my problem with flying colors! So relieved my car was fixed. Definitely will be coming back to frequent this spot for my car care needs in the future. They just have a good feel here like they go above and beyond to provide professional results

I bought tires a few days ago great price they were willing to work with me. Today I got an irreparable flat and they help me tremendously. Firestone truly cares about their customers and not just what they can gain which is rare in this line of work. I don’t usually do reviews but I just had to share this blessing!

Ali is the best!! He saved me so much money, hassle, and time. I had a flat tire that I assumed was from a nail or something else, turns out the aftermarket valve cap I had on my tire messed up the valve, causing my tire to lose air. Ali’s attention to detail and honest work really saved me in this situation and I’m so grateful that this wasn’t an expensive fix.
