Very disappointed with the inspection at Firestone. My girlfriend brought her vehicle in for a preventative maintenance check, and they recommended an alignment even though it had just received four new tires and an alignment the day before. They also recommended replacing the cabin air filter, which had been replaced only a couple days prior. If they’re recommending services that were literally just completed, it makes me question how thoroughly the vehicle was actually inspected and whether I can trust the rest of their recommendations. Definitely get a second opinion before approving any work here

Chan Lupe and David did a fantastic job at getting my a/c fixed on my work truck after not having a/c for 2 years working in the heat this changed my life great hospitality nice waiting room with a/c lol ther was even a family that ordered door dash to eat as they waited. called and came in same day a/c fixed not sure we're can get better serving that. top notch also not to mention it is right next to the mall location on Dale road with also fast foods and restaurants nearby while waiting very convenient recommend it to anyone who needs their vehicles serviced or work done.

Excellent service at Firestone Complete Auto Care! My car had to be towed in after it suddenly wouldn’t start. Steve and Crystal were both friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. They quickly diagnosed the issue, worked with my warranty company, and replaced the battery. They made a stressful situation much easier, and my car was back on the road in no time. Thank you, Steve and Crystal, for the great customer service. Highly recommend!

AWESOME service today. Incredibly friendly staff. Quick service. More expensive than about 70% of the places in the area (I called literally everywhere in modesto riverbank and manteca) buuuuuuut I honestly do not see that as a negative because the quality of service and team were so professional that not only was the price worth it but i don't plan on going anywhere else ever again. They got me in last movie even though they looked super busy and STILL got me out of there and where i needed to go on time. Proud of you guys haha Zero stress and 100% confidence that the job was done right. I'll be back again in about Month and look forward to the great service and experiences I'm sure I'll continue to have.

Crystal and Marcelo were very helpful. They were very honest and showed concern with another part of my car that needed to be fixed. They showed me the issue to make sure that I knew it was serious and didn’t prolong it too long before it got worse. I definitely will be coming back.
