ive been taking my old toyota here for years. They are very transparent, i never feel talked down to or taken advantage of as a woman, and their prices are way reasonable. I completely trust this place, which is hard to find as a woman. I highly recommend

I feel so blessed to have found this place and I have been coming here for several years now. As a female who does not know much about cars I can get fairly spooked when something goes wrong. I cannot think of a single time when Prab has not said "Bring it right over" or has counseled me over the phone over what something like a warning light means, telling me what to do, etc. The first time I called him I had gotten a quote from someone else of a very high price and was so grateful and relieved when First Choice quoted me something much more reasonable. It is great to have a mechanic I can trust, and I feel that Prab has been there for me every single time I have been stuck and scared with a car issue. In addition to being great mechanics with fair prices, these are kind & honest people with integrity who in this crazy world still care.

Been taking my Honda Fit here for the past couple of years. They have incredible prices, amazing customer service, and do a great job on repairing your car! Over the past few years, I’ve gotten new AC, new starter and new fuel pump etc. Also great for an oil change. They care about their customers, are honest, and always do a great job. Highly recommend!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible service I received at this auto shop. Prad and Jeet were not only honest, but they truly went above and beyond to address what my vehicle needed. Their pricing is fair, and they saved me thousands of dollars, which made a huge difference for me. Jeet took the time to walk me through everything, showing me the before and after, as well as the old parts that were removed. It made me feel cared for and reassured about the work being done. I recently had the best experience I have EVER had at an auto repair shop here. My catalytic converter was stolen last week, and I initially went to a different nearby mechanic who quoted me a very price and told me that the repair wouldn’t be possible for 3-6 months due to the part being on nationwide back order. I then went to First Choice for a second opinion, and not only were they able to replace the part THAT DAY, I ended up paying significantly less than what I was quoted at the other shop. Do yourself a favor and go to First Choice Auto Repair if you’re in need of a mechanic. Unlike so many other places, they no not scam you on price and do fantastic work.
