I had a very disappointing experience with the repair of my vehicle. After getting my car back, I noticed several issues that I did not expect from a supposedly professional repair, especially considering how much the job cost. Some parts were not properly aligned, other pieces were bent, and they even used materials that are not intended for automotive repairs, such as an adhesive that is not designed for use on cars. What frustrated me the most was that I had to inspect the vehicle myself and point out problems that should have been identified and fixed before the car was returned to me. The communication throughout the process was also poor, and the quality of the work was unacceptable. I do not recommend taking your vehicle to Fix Auto Berkeley. My experience was extremely disappointing, especially with Yinmi, due to the lack of professionalism and quality control.

Once again, i am grateful and satisfied with the very efficient, fast and well done job Fix Auto did in my car. Jessy and Jimmy are the familiar faces i can say I trust with my car . They really go out of their way to make the process fast and easy . They communicate with my insurance, the rental place who provides a car while mine is being fixed and even offer to drop the rental at their place once my car is ready and they arrange for Enterprise to pick it up. I don’t have to worry about drive it to return it. All together a very satisfying experience. I will gladly recommend this place for a great service and friendly treatment. Thanks Fix Auto!!

Second time doing business with Fix Auto, and I could not be a bigger fan. The front end of my car was damaged in an accident (not my fault!). We took the insurance offer that involved keeping the car to Eugene and asked if he could fix it for that price. He said yes and gave us an estimate that was less, allowing a cushion that we used to have him fix wear-related issues not related to the accident. Great communication as we went, and the result is a car that looks like new and is in better shape than before the accident. Before you take an insurance offer to total a car, check with Eugene first! We'll also be using him to repaint a different older car. Thank you, Eugene!!!

First time at Fix Auto and they were so kind!!!! The turnaround process was only 4 days, super easy to work with, and such kind people. I got a good scratch at work, and they ensured they would get this fixed quickly. Jimmy and Justine made the process so smooth and were on top of the updates, sending me texts every day about my status. My car even got a wash and the floor mats were cleaned! I would absolutely return as a customer.
