Flat Out Detailing is the best! Booking an appointment was so easy and done online. Got a confirmation from Jesus right away as well as a reminder the day before the service. And a follow up after the detailing was finished to make sure we were satisfied. Antonio did our detail and did such a great job! The car looks better than it did when we bought it. All of the neighbors were asking who did the detailing. Antonio also text the morning of the appointment and was very friendly. He let us know how long it would take and made sure the car was sparkling. Overall we are extremely satisfied and will definitely use Flat Out detailing for all future detailing needs!

I was looking for ceramic coating quotes for my 2025 RAV4 since I opted for an upgraded paint finish and wanted to move away from tunnel car washes. Jesus responded to my request promptly and took the time to explain the entire ceramic coating process. He was incredibly friendly over the phone, detailing the different service levels without making me feel pressured or upsold. When I was ready to book a few weeks later, I dropped my car off on a misty, rainy morning. Jesus was kind enough to drive the vehicle into the warehouse so we could walk through the final steps in the dry. The car was ready the following day and looked even better than it did on the showroom floor! The Flat Out team also performed an interior detail, which was no small feat given the amount of Cheez-Its stuck in the seats; the results were spotless. A few days later, I was able to see the hydrophobic performance of the coating after a rainy San Diego morning, and it worked exactly as promised. Maintenance car washes at home are also so easy now. Had my Tesla cleaned and detailed by Flatout yesterday, and they did a phenomenal job. The attention to detail was impressive—everything from the interior to the exterior looked spotless and like new. Very professional service and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

They showed up right on time, which I really appreciated, and their professionalism stood out immediately.
